The office of Analytics & Planning exists to provide leadership for analysis and data management in support of institutional innovation, decision making, state and federal reporting, development and implementation of the college planning procces, and oversite of the regional accreditation processes.

Analytics and Reporting
The mission of the Office of Institutional Research is to contribute data, information, and analysis to Valencia's culture of inquiry and evidence in support of learning assessment, decision-making, strategic planning, continuous improvement, and mandatory reporting.
Central Florida Education Ecosystem Database (CFEED): With support from Helios Education Foundation, the School District of Osceola County (SDOC), Orange County Public Schools (OCPS), Valencia College (Valencia), and the University of Central Florida (UCF) along with Accenture and WestEd are engaged in a Collaborative Design Phase to grow organizational capacity and develop hypotheses on student readiness.
The Office of Institutional Effectiveness is organized to support the demands of meaningful institutional effectiveness planning and implementation efforts throughout the college. Institutional effectiveness requires the annual articulation of expected outcomes, the development and implementation of appropriate means for assessing results, the collection and analysis of data, and on-going professional development in order to act on assessment results.
Valencia's Institutional Assessment (VIA) office is responsible for the support of faculty and staff members who are defining, gathering, analyzing and learning from data related to student learning outcomes. We document and report the college-wide results of the assessment of program learning outcomes that is being led by deans, directors, coordinators, and other staff and faculty members.
The mission of the Resource Development Office (RDO) is to increase external funding that will support innovative projects that increase student success. This office offers the following services to grant seekers:
